Pumpkin cream soup

Ingredients: drinking water, pumpkin 40%, onion, refined sunflower cooking oil, table salt, sugar, modified corn starch, spices.

After opening, it can be stored for up to 3 days in a non-metallic container, covered, and refrigerated, as it does not contain any preservatives.

Suggested preparation:
In a pot: Transfer the contents of the can into a cooking pot, then heat while stirring frequently for 3-5 minutes according to taste.
In a microwave oven: Transfer the contents of the can into a microwave-safe dish, then heat for 2-3 minutes on high power. During heating, stir the soup once.

Serve with pumpkin seed oil and garnish with toasted pumpkin seeds or other oily seeds!
